Andrew F. Dixon

Andrew Dixon, a lifelong resident of Las Vegas, has practiced law in Nevada since 2003. He earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, William S. Boyd School of Law and holds a B.A. in International Studies from Brigham Young University.

Andrew has served as lead counsel on multi-million-dollar transactions involving the purchase and sale of business assets, commercial and residential real estate, as well as other significant transactions involving the purchase and sale of stock and business assets. He also assists clients with commercial real estate transactions and litigation involving commercial landlords and tenants.

Over the years, he has successfully represented a wide range of clients, including business owners, general contractors, land owners, developers, shopping center owners, landlords, tenants, lessors and lessees of commercial goods (including aircraft and aircraft parts, vehicles, construction equipment, etc.), franchisors, franchisees, and lenders in both simple and complex litigation matters.

Andrew commenced his legal career as a commercial litigation associate with Beckley Singleton, Chtd. (now merged with Lewis and Roca, LLP) in Las Vegas, Nevada. While in law school, Mr. Dixon served as Judicial Extern to the Honorable Robert C. Jones, United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada (subsequently a Federal District Court Judge). He also is a published author, legal education lecturer, and has had his litigation work lead to notable published opinions.
