Austin is a life-long animal lover and began working in one of the nation’s largest veterinary hospitals at the age of sixteen. While an Eagle Scout, Austin worked to benefit a nonprofit exotic and large animal sanctuary.
In 2001, Austin joined Grubb & Ellis | Las Vegas, commercial real estate, while he was pursuing a business degree. He was part of a top producing retail team in each of the five years he was at Grubb & Ellis.
In 2006, Austin left the real estate industry to return to his first love, pet care, and Doggie District Pet Resort & Training Center was born. What began as a small mom and pop start up with one location became one of the largest privately held pet resort chains in the United States in just 10 years. Having recently sold the business, he is now focusing his efforts on the development of 6 Months 2 Success.
Additionally, Austin is a very accomplished musician and pianist and routinely plays to crowds of 200 people or more.
